We have our baby Jameson!

Here's my update, sorry I didn't get around to doing one yesterday.

Well, I still will not be able to post pictures of our sweet Jameson. He is officially in our custody, and will be with us (God willing) for the rest of his life, but we are at legal risk until the birthfather's rights are relinquished. He is being completly irrational and will not sign on his own, so we have to wait 32 (28 now) days to revoke his rights without his consent.

M, on the other hand, is incredibly strong and knows that what she has chosen is right for Jameson, and cannot wait for everything to get finalized. We have bonded so much over the last week. We had a great goodbye and we're all very excited about keeping in touch. She knows how incredibly happy we are, and told us what a great job we are going to do.

We got to leave the hospital yesterday, and he is doing great. Our first night was very successful, he stayed on his 3-4 hours schedule and we got lots of sleep, so it was very nice. He's sleeping next to me right now, and it is an incredible feeling.

ICPC has been started and we should be heading back home by the end of next week! So things aren't going quite as planned, but we all know things will be fine, we just need to make it through the next month! We are so incredibly excited and cannot wait to take him home!

We also have a little bit of other news, we have decided to have Lee as his middle name instead of Luke to honor his birthmother and of course Lee. M's middle name is Lee so we thought it would be only appropriate to give her son the same middle name. I personally like Luke better, but I'm happy with our decision. :)
